He might want his money back! Closest friend Bobby Cole Norris comes to Australia just like Gemma Collins quits the jungle

No doubt Gemma Collins may have some explaining to do after her closest friend, Bobby Cole Norris reached Brisbane airport - just as she announced she'd quit the show.

But at least the happy couple Lida Weight Loss can top-up their tans together because they have a little Australian sunshine.

Gemma Collins, 33, sensationally quit the current series of I am a Celebrity-- Get Me From Here! - just 72 hours after entering the Australian jungle.

But Bobby seemed to be taking the news in the stride because he was pictured walking with the terminal after arriving in the united states.

He was channelling his usual flamboyant style, decked top to bottom in white - with cropped trousers along with a plain jumper.

But showing you can't take Essex from the boy, he was toting his beloved Louis Vuitton holdall and wheeling an extravagant leopard suitcase behind him.

Gemma walked away on Wednesday morning after beating Ferne McCann and Jessica Wright to become the first female TOWIE star to win a location on the ITV show.

A spokesperson confirmed: 'We're sorry to determine Gemma go but respect her decision and need her well.'

Sources have since refuted claims that the contentious 72-hour rule will enable her to gather a large appearance fee - despite making an early exit.

Gemma's spokesperson told MailOnline: 'It is absolute rubbish that Gemma will get her full fee which 72 hours clause doesn't appear in her contract.'

As the amount remains undisclosed, it is thought to exceed the ?¡§o15,000 she reportedly earned for any brief appearance on Tom Daley's diving show Splash in 2013.

An ITV spokesperson declined to comment when contacted by MailOnline.

She added: ''Hopefully I'll walk out of the jungle in three weeks' time with my head sorted out, my heart repaired and I will be 3st lighter. I'd be so happy.'

The TOWIE star hoped to emulate the success of former cast-mates Mark Wright and Joey Essex, but her jungle experience got off to some bad start when she broke down ahead of a helicopter ride into camp.

Soon after she found herself banished towards the 'Celebrity Slammer' with Coronation Street star Craig Charles, 'Allo 'Allo actress Vicki Michele and Irish model Nadia Forde.

Surviving on the basic ration of rice and beans, a psychological Gemma reported feeling unwell on Monday evening - hours prior to making the decision to leave.

Speaking to Vicki, she admitted: 'I'm f**king p****d off. I want to go. I am not likely to be able to do it.'

The reality star previously vowed to remain until the end, telling the Mirror in front of her jungle adventure: 'I think that I will think it is extremely tough; like all time I think about it, I feel sick, actually.

'It's likely to be hard for me, but, you realize, no one takes the GC down. Yeah, each time I feel down, I'm just going to take a deep breath, and go, "You can do this. You can do it."'

She added: 'That's what I am going along with, that mindset. Nothing can kill me.'

Gemma now joins an extended listing of celebrities to stop the gruelling show - but hers is not the fastest departure in its fourteen year history.

That honour goes to Malcolm McLaren, who refused to go in the jungle after flying to Australia to get familiar with 2007.

Comedian Freddie Starr Lida Daidaihua Slimming Capsule lasted 24-hours before leaving for health reasons, while tearful EastEnders star Danniella Westbrook survived nine days within the purpose built camp.

Others to stop include former Strictly star Camilla Dallerup, who lasted four days, East 17 singer Brian Harvey, who managed six, and all sorts of Saints star Natalie Appleton, whose time in camp ended after nine days.
