Additionally, I will be recommending the Lose It app. The basic app is free of charge and also the upgrade is $10. It may be helpful to curently have this on your phone for Saturday however it isn't necessary.

Macros: What are they? What are the benefits of tracking them?

 

Set point: What is a set point and how can my set point affect my success or have a problem with weight loss?
